Our Emotional Regulation Support Workers help participants to identify their anger style, triggers and the scenarios that prompt angers by examining different responses to conflict and conflict resolution styles.

Our Approach
At Montrose, one of our various frameworks include the psychosocial model of care. This is one of many approaches that help to support a more holistic source of care to our clients.If you are unfamiliar.The Biopsychosocial model is an interdisciplinary model that looks at the interconnection between biology, psychology, and socio-environmental factors.
The model specifically examines how these aspects play a role in topics ranging from health and disease, to human development” This framework takes into account the various and complex characteristics of an individual and their intrinsic needs that help develop a meaningful plan of care. While this model is not perfect, it continues to draw out important qualities of a person's unique context to better support their needs.
